- Every once and a while a penguin decides to free itself from whatever bonds have been imposed upon it. These penguins tend to follow a path that leads to a downward spiral of debauchery and experimental travel, especially so with tattooed penguins. From our perspective, these incidents could throw off the natural balance of things, and are simply unacceptable. We feel obligated to step in and "rectify" the situation. Know that these penguins are safe, and usually in a controlled environment, think Gitmo. After a decent amount of re-education and possibly unsolicited "donations" we will return these penguins unharmed, even better than before. Penguins that don't commit to the process have a tendency to be sautéd and served to the public for the edification and nourishment of mankind. Rest peacefully in knowing, WE HAVE YOUR PENGUIN.

Why would Toga ever leave such a wonderful workplace? I don't understand. He's gonna get what's coming to him...
Maybe he was bored with his life and needed a change of scenery. How's that saying go "If you love it, let it go and if it comes back it was meant to be"? Toga spread your wings!

I wish he would just be a good penguin and return home. But I'm not so sure if his departure wasn't "forced." I hope he's alright.
